  • Federal trademark office clearance searches: $275

  • Comprehensive U.S. clearance searches: $475

  • Preparation and submission of domestic applications and statements of use, §8 and §15 affidavits: $275 per class (discounts may apply for multiple classes)

  • Preparation and submission of extension requests, non-substantive affidavits, petitions and the like; preparation and submission of non-substantive responses to office actions by Trademark Office: $225 per class (discounts may apply for multiple classes)

  • Preparation and submission of substantive responses to office actions; preparation and submission of substantive affidavits, petitions and the like: prevailing hourly rate (presently $240)
The above fees exclude any Trademark Office fees which may apply (for example, application filing fees, extension fees, statement of use fees). Current Trademark Office fees can be found here.
