Preparation and submission of domestic (US) applications and statements of use, §8, §9 and §15 affidavits: $350 per class
Preparation and submission of non-domestic (Madrid Protocol and non-US jurisdiction) applications: $475 per class
Preparation and submission of extension requests, non-substantive affidavits, petitions and the like; preparation and submission of non-substantive responses to office actions by Trademark Office: $350 per class
Preparation and submission of substantive responses to office actions; preparation and submission of substantive affidavits, petitions and the like: prevailing hourly rate of $300/hour
Discounts of my fees may apply for multiple class applications/registrations in some instances.
